    I have made this twice now and am a little obsessed to be honest. My fiance loves the cheese on top and my mother ( who only likes corn in it's original cobby goodness usually and won't read it in any other forms generally) even ate a healthy chunk! If noone else eats any, I'll eat the pan myself but it's never come to that, lol. Thank you for this awesomeness!

    Sooo Good!! I added a can of potatoes and used Baja Corn. I also used Jiffy mix for the top. It turned out amazing!

    Great! Followed the recipe exactly the first time and came out great, but needed a bit more sweetness. The next time i made it, i poured in some honey and it was perfect!

    Really good! I didn’t do any modifying but I might be in the ‘happy medium’ as dar as the cheese. I hate cheese all over everything too, but then again it does add flavor- so maybe next time I’ll only use a half a cup.

    The first time I tried this recipe I was floored at the flavor and ease. I am not a big "box" cooker, I don't usually open a box and call it cooking in other words. I omit the cheese, Why mess up a good thing with cheese. Don't get me wrong, cheese is great in most things, just not necessary here. Love it.
