Wonderful dish! The seasoning to me was just right. I’m not a big fan of cilantro, so i substituted with baby spinach. I used a mahi-mahi fish, think I’ll try another fish next time. Placed on top of a bed of rice, with bacon wrapped asparagus on the side. Made a complete meal!

We did this with tilapia, adding mushrooms, basil, and eggplant, with chili powder, curry, and cayenne combined with the paprika. The fish came out perfect and wonderfully flavorful!

Delicious! I used 2 bell peppers in stead of 1, and cod fillets. I made it together with pearl couscous with sundries tomatoes, red onion, bul piper, lime juice, garlic, mint, koriander. The sauce of the fish went perfectly with it!
