I’ve tried a few meatloaf recipes, and this was my family’s least favorite. It tasted like a hamburger without any spices or anything to make it exceptional.

This recipe is alright. Needs a little more salt and dont use beef that is 93% lean cause it turns out dried out. I did not use oats for my meatloaf, I use bread.

Taste was good, texture was a little odd. I'll remember the glaze for certain though.

Love the spice ❤️ also liked the tip about mixing all the ingredients first, before adding the meat. Definitely make this again.

I didn’t know I liked meatloaf! It was juicy and flavorful and the sauce was really good with it.
Back to make it a second time.

It was okay. I was worried about the cayenne being too much for my kiddos, but they spice was definitely okay even for the ones who hate spicy things. We personally did not like the very strong cumin flavor. I ate mine with worcestershire & that was delicious. I would say if you make this, at least cut the cumin by half to balance it out a bit more. I'll be making a few more changes to it next time.

I love this meatloaf. Very tender and juice unlike the meatloaf I've made in the past. I used ground turkey, ground beef and Italian sausage. Added 1 extra egg.

I loved it and so did my family. Substituting for oats was a nice healthy choice!
