Super tasty!!!!
I prefer more sweet so I only used 1 Star Anise, and I added celery because I had some!
It’s very thin in texture (apparently supposed to be) but that leaves lots of Yummly to be mopped up.
Good heat, and nothing over powers.

Perfect amount of heat and a delicious combination of flavours. Will definitely make again. I used skinless thighs as that's what I already had
