- 1 tsp. chilli sauce (Siracha)
- 3 cups cooked long-grain brown rice (cold)
- 4 Tbsp. canola oil
- 2 cups napa cabbage (diced)
- 1/2 lb. shrimp (peeled raw, or prawns, cut into 1/2-inch dice)
- 3 eggs (beaten)
- 1 tsp. mirin (may substitute water)
- 3/4 cup frozen peas (or fresh)
