- 4 whole green cardamoms (slightly crushed)

- 1 tsp. caraway seeds (shahi jeera)
- 7 large garlic cloves (22 grams, roughly chopped)
- 1 1/2 inches ginger (16 grams, roughly chopped)
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1 large yellow onion (190 grams, chopped)
- 2 large tomatoes (390 grams, chopped)
- 12 cashews (whole and raw)
- 2 cups water (16 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (28 grams)
- 1 tsp. oil (5 ml)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp. Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. Garam Masala (or more to taste)
- 2 tsp. dried fenugreek leaves (crushed kasuri methi)
- 3 Tbsp. heavy cream (45 ml)
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- cilantro (to garnish, optional)
- 1 cup boiled potatoes (mashed &)
- 1 cup paneer (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped ginger (finely)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. cashews (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. golden raisins (chopped raisins)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (powder)
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
- oil (for frying, I used sunflower oil)
