  • 1 green chili (small Chopped, optional)
  • 1 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ajwain (/ Carrom seeds)
  • 3/4 tsp. red chili powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. coriander powder (sukha dhaniya)
  • 1/4 cup water (OR buttermilk, Approximately)
  • 1/4 cup oil (/ghee to cook all the parathas)
