This is my go 2 pancake recipe. I love it my kids love it and it is super fast and easy to make. I do put a little extra flour to make it a little thicker.

It is not possible to pass on the terrific recipe ideas and this is another wonderful treat. I am an old man but I never tire of a pancake breakfast. Having lived during the time of the depression I very much appreciate the opportunity to try the simple but wonderful recipes and I would like to personally thank all of the talented people who develop them.
