- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 2 1/4 cups water
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. ghee
- 1 cup paneer (cubed)

- 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

- 1 tsp. tandoori masala
- 2 Tbsp. almond (Cashew paste - 2tbsp, soak either of the nuts and then grind to a smooth paste. I used almond butter instead)
- 1/4 cup cream (Whole Milk - ¼cup)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. almonds (roasted and chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. cashews (roasted and chopped)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup mint (chopped)
- 1/2 cup fried onions
