The best Italian bread recipe I’ve tried! I didn’t have the bread flour and it still came out great. Using the exact times for rising really helped. The inside is moist but not dense. It could have used maybe another 3-5 minutes in the oven after the egg wash to crisp up and brown a bit more. This will be my go to bread recipe for sure!

great! its bot braided, like the pictyre suggests, but it was still super yummy. my 11 month old and my 28 year old (husband that acts like child) both loved it! best whene fresh out of the oven. not sure how well it lasts because my asshole dogs jumped on the counter and ate the rest of it while we were out.
