    Wayyyy too much cream. I also wasn't big on the sausages in the bottom. Next time I would use bacon instead of sausage, and about 1/2 cup of cream AT MOST. Not 1 1/2 cups as the recipe calls for. Maybe due to the overload of cream, it took way longer to cook.
