- 3 chicken (or turkey stock cubes - crumbled)
- meat drippings (unchecked▢ *Optional* leftover, from the roasting pan -, from roasting a chicken don’t worry if you haven’t got any)
- 3 Tbsp. cornflour (mixed with 80ml, ⅓ cup cold water)
- 1/2 tsp. gravy browning (optional)
