Quick & simple!! Made it vegetarian (no chicken), used regular cream cheese, omitted Mozzarella and used the colby/monterey jack I had on hand. Seasoned it with garlic & onion powder, and another all purpose seasoning I put in everything. Will make again for my vegetarian potlucks & with chicken for the family.
