Description

Make ahead egg cups flexible to add any of the options/ ingredients you wish. I make these for holiday mornings like Thanksgiving and when we have house guests. Serve with fresh fruit, OJ and coffee and it is super simple!

  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or Kosher)

    Directions

    1. in mixing bowl whisk eggs, milk and salt until smooth
    2. add one of the Optional Combnations below and divide all evenly among tins
    3. Bake in lightly coated/ sprayed 8 bin muffin tin for 30 minutes at 350 until puffed and golden on bottom
