    These were good but a bit messy. I sprayed the muffin tin but still had trouble getting them out and . They were great for make ahead but not great for takeaway

    i love this....always looking for a new way to fix potatoes...i wonder what some cheese on top at the end of cooking would taste like...? I will update when i try it...
