- 1/3 cup water
- 3 Lipton Green Tea with Mandarin Orange Flavor Pyramid Tea Bag
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic (finely)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. scallops

Directions
- Pour boiling water over Lipton® Green Tea with Mandarin Orange Flavor Pyramid Tea Bags; cover and brew 5 minutes. Remove Tea Bags and squeeze. Stir in honey, garlic, soy sauce and ginger; set aside.
- Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook scallops, turning once, 4 minutes or until opaque. Remove scallops to serving platter and keep warm.
- Add tea mixture to same skillet and cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until sauce slightly thickens. To serve, spoon sauce over scallops and garnish, if desired, with sliced green onions.
