- 1 1/2 lb. mahi mahi (you could use any white fish — this amount depends on how much fish you want in your taco and how much your family can eat. I made 1.5 lbs for 5 people in my family and it wasn’t enough for everyone to have 2 tacos.)
- 2 limes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 8 tortillas (— I use La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas. You could also find corn tortillas that are low in carbs and calories.)
- 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or red)
- 2 cups mango (chopped, between 1.5-2 mangos, depending on size)
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup onion (diced)
- 1 jalapeno (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro (minced)
- 1 lime
