  • 1 1/2 pounds mahi mahi (you could use any white fish — this amount depends on how much fish you want in your taco and how much your family can eat. I made 1.5 lbs for 5 people in my family and it wasn’t enough for everyone to have 2 tacos.)
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 tortillas (— I use La Tortilla Factory low carb tortillas. You could also find corn tortillas that are low in carbs and calories.)
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or red)
  • 2 cups mango (chopped, between 1.5-2 mangos, depending on size)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 jalapeno (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime
