- 1 cup poha (thick, washed and soaked for 5 minutes)
- 1 onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. peanuts (roasted and crushed, the more the merrier)
- 12 leaves (fresh curry)
- coriander (Green, leaves, to garnish, optional)
- 1 boiled potato (chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds (or whole jeera, both have their unique taste and I can't decide to go with which, every single time....!!)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. haldi
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped, deseed if you want to reduce its' spicy quotient)
- 1/2 lemon juice
