Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- pork chops (a couple of, cut into half inch pieces)
- 2 peeled tomatoes (standard sized cans of, get chopped if you like – saves you a job later on)
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 4 pimenton
- 1 green pepper (medium, finely diced)
- 1 onion (medium, – the sweeter the better – finely diced)
- 6 garlic cloves (dependant upon your palate finely chopped or in wafer thin slices)
- 2 paprika (smoky)
- 1 glug olive oil (not extra virgin… just normal)
- wine (Splash of, I use white, but I guess red would work well too)
