i can feel good about making a dressing without oil and it has a pretty decent flavor. i make several batches and use it with my side salad for dinner every night. i skip the miso because dude, who knows what that is, lol ;)

Followed the directions, thought it was too sweet and in general did not like the taste. Interesting idea though, might have to experiment with it another day.
