Amazing recipe! I’m from Spain and these taste exactly like the ones you can buy at any spanish bakery. Substituted the cream with greek yogurt and lemon juice since we can’t go to the store in lockdown and texture and flavor are perfect. I showed the recipe to a friend and one hour later she sent me a pic of her batch 😏
