- 15 mL sunflower oil (or rapeseed)
- 2 onions (medium, peeled and sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed or 5ml/1tsp garlic purée)
- 450 grams curry sauce (jar Madras, or similar)
- 300 mL beef stock (/½pint good, hot)
- 45 mL natural yogurt
- salt
- black pepper
- coriander leaves (Small handful freshly chopped, to garnish, optional)
