Tasted too flour-y, maybe needs 1 more egg? The batter was too thick so hard to put in the pan, then the madeleines ended up not as pretty as they should have been.

They were delicious! Mine didn’t have much of a hump, but my family isn’t picky when it comes to aesthetics. Im making another batch omitting the lemon zest, so maybe with practice I’ll get that hump.

They were delicious, added butter and flour to the Madeleine tray for them to not stick, they're got to be so fluffy!! Loved them!
