  • 40 grams xylitol (this is optional, I have made them with and without sweetener and both ways are lovely)
  • 1,050 grams egg whites
  • 365 grams boiling water (I infused the water with a Strawberry & Cream Tisane from T2 -Teas)
  • 40 grams apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon all-spice
  • 50 grams dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 50 grams dried fruits (ie sultanas, currants, If you want to take the carb hit then go for it)
  • 50 grams ginger (glace)
  • essential oils
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup xylitol (you can use other sweeteners, just check their ratio to xylitol)
