- 25 grams granulated sugar
- 180 grams powdered sugar (sifted)
- 130 grams almond (powder/flour sifted)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup passionfruit (pulp)
- 2 Tbsp. caster sugar (use less if the passionfruit is sweet and more if it is sour)
- 42 grams butter
