- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk (/cream mixture because that is what I had)
- 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 6 oz. cheese (package of Murray’s “fondue blend”, which is a mix of Gruyère, Raclette, and Fontina)
- 2 cooked chicken breasts (diced into small pieces, can use a Rotisserie chicken)
- 1/4 onion (diced)
