This recipe was quick, easy, and very tasteful. The only changes I made were two different sharp cheddar cheeses. Also, on top just below the Panko I added Parmesan Cheese.

It was very tasty. However, the end result of the milk and cheese mixture turnes out to look thick and slimey...had to add some more milk to the mixture. It worked just fine. I also steamed my broccoli instead of baking it. I think it would be delicious with a can of mushrooms stirred in too! Yum!

This one was our sons chioce. He cooked with my wife. She was nervous it wouldn't be cheesy enough. The prep was very different than our usual mac and cheese, however to our suprise it was amazing!
