i made this is was delicious but if you do not finish reheat on stove top and then in microwave for 45 sec i also recommend that you use different kinds of cheese (if you have) but overall this was a HUGE hit and everyone loved it thanks😄😁🥳😎

Perfect for my 3 year old. It was a huge hit for him. I used a milder cheese (Colby/Jack) and found it a bit bland for my tastes, but since the texture and ease of construction were great, that seems an easy fix with a more interesting cheese and more pepper.

It came out Great! Next time I'll add some breadcrumbs and add different types of cheese 🧀 for more flavor and texture

I wanted a simple, back to childhood mac & cheese and this recipe did it. No lobster or many cheeses, just the basics and I got what I was craving with this recipe. I'll be making it again.

Best and easiest Mac ever
I used banza chickpea rotini pasta instead and added some popcorn chicken and buffalo sauce to taste!

Good.
Added a lb of cut up hot dogs.
Cheese: 1 1/2 c cheddar, 1/2 c mozzarella, Romano
Added another cup cheese
Added 1/4 cup of water in which pasta was cooked.(a la Rachel Ray)
Added 1/2 t dried mustard and 1tsp Worcestershire for additional flavor.

So good!!!! I used Colby cheese and the milk gave it a very distinct taste! Loved it!

Excellent! With the amount of sauce this recipe makes, I think you can add 3 or even 4 cups of the macaroni and it would still be excellent.
