- salt (for cooking pasta, I like to use kosher)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (can use white vinegar if you don't have)
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper (~1/2 t to taste)
- 5 stalks green onion (cleaned and trimmed)
- 1 red bell pepper (large, or other colors, cleaned, trimmed and seeded)
- 6 radishes (small to medium, cleaned and trimmed)
- 1 English cucumber (large, cleaned and peeled and seeded, if desired)
