Delicious! I tried them 3 times and found that what worked best for me was: only strained the almond flour mix once (no need to use the food processor), no need to dry the egg whites in the fridge, rested the macarons for 2 hours instead of 40 minutes (based it on another recipe I had seen), used stone trays with parchment paper and baked at 300 degrees F for 22 minutes (until they didn’t wobble at all when touched).

Loved loved loved. Clear directions. Would love a little more description on how they should look before pulling out of the oven, but otherwise it was perfect! We made successful Macarons on the first try with this recipe.
