- 6 oz. gruyere (grated, about 2 cups)
- 4 oz. extra sharp cheddar (grated, about 1 cup)
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper (freshly)
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs (fresh white, 2-3 slices, crusts removed and torn into ¼” pieces)

Yummy! followed this recipe pretty closely. I added spicy mustard and a little hot sauce to the milk.

i didnt have nutmeg in hand so i used different spices:
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
overall delicious. and my 1 and a half year old daughter nailed it.

Everything worked out perfectly. I add jalapeño kettle chips crumbled on top with the breadcrumbs for maximum pwnage.
