A back to basics and deliciously simple recipe. You want an old school potato salad this is it.

Turned out okay. Didnt taste like any potato salad really. The potatos were hard to peel, so I ended up with less potatoes in the salad.

We had it as a dinner side and then finished it for dessert. Perfect amount of mayo, I always use too much.

Turned out great. I had to tweak it due to preferences of family members— used onion powder and celery salt instead of the crunchy diced onion and celery. I used a bit of Dijon mustard and yellow mustard. My family loved it even though it didn’t have much chance to cool before serving. I will definitely make again!
