When you are too lazy to make cabbage rolls, this is the next best thing!!
Ingredients

- 1 head cabbage (approx 2 kg)
- 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 35 grams onions (dehydrated)
- 1 egg
- pepper
- 284 mL tomato soup
- 796 mL crushed tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar (more if your tomatoes are sweet)
- salt

Directions
- Cut cabbage into quarters, core and roughly chop. Steam to soften slightly, maybe, 10 minutes, cool.
- In a large bowl, mix uncooked ground beef and egg. Add onions & salt/pepper, set aside.
- Mix soup, tomatoes, vinegar, sugar, and salt/pepper (yes, you want to put s/p in both meat and sauce!).. Taste, you should be able to taste all the elements, sweet, sour, and tomatoes, adjust as needed.
