- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs (large organic, room temp.)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 Tbsp. low fat sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. fresh ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice (ground)
- whipped cream (homemade or store-bought, See Notes!)
- toasted pecans (See Notes!)
