- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
- 2 cups rice (uncooked, cooked, I use instant rice but could use any kind)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherry (halves, about 15 whole cherries cut in half)
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
- 11 oz. mandarin oranges (drained)
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped or can use cool whip)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
