- 1 lb. spaghetti (uncooked, broke in half)
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 14.5 oz. chilies
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth (n 1/2 cup more broth if needd for cookn process)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, or more if you like)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (n pepper)

It was alright. I didnt add the peppers because I was worried it would ve too spicy. It was hardly spicy at all so I would add the peppers or add extra chili powder The dish tasted a little dry even though I added the correct amount if broth and the noodles were done. I added a clove of garlic. I might add more. I used sharp cheddar cheese. I would use double the cheese. One last thing, I used a saute pan to cook it. I would use something larger since its easy to make a mess.
