- 1.5 kilograms chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 Tbsp. apricot jam
- pepper (Sal and, to taste)
- 1 cup hot water

Directions
- Place the chicken pieces in oven proof dish
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour over chicken
- Close with foil and put in oven
- After 2hrs baking remove the foil and bake untill golden brown
- Dish up with rice and veggies
