I love this soup and will be making it often. I only used onions instead of the leek and shallots and used frozen beans instead of dry. To season it up I added garlic and herb seasoning, salt and pepper and a dash of red pepper. I was hoping to have leftovers but it was so good that hubby gobbled it all up.
