Crust was overcooked after following instructions to the letter. Corners especially were overdone to the point of being inedible. A disappointment considering the cost of ingredients these days. I won't try this recipe again.

The texture isn’t great, the crust was over cooked, tastes alright though. I followed the recipe exactly as written. Won’t be making this one again

Added fresh coconut flour to the AP flour, toasted the leftover dried coconut for a garnish, and added a buttermilk frosting with the coconut milk. INCREDIBLE!!

This recipe was not what we expected, the filing was tasty but the crust came out too dark and crunchy. I checked other recipes and it seems 20 minutes is too long to brown.
