- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour (I used a blend of sweet rice, millet and a tad of buckwheat, since that’s what I had on hand :-*)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked and dehydrated, if possible**)
- 1/2 tsp. gelatin (I recommend Great Lakes)
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup sweetener (healthy, choice, I used xylitol and erythritol since we are on anti-candida diets and I have trouble tolerating stevia sometimes)
- 4 scoops stevia extract
- 1/2 cup sweetener
- 4 eggs substitute (I used this Powdered Egg Replacer for the egg-free version)
- 1/2 cup sweetener (choice., If using granulated, add 2 Tbsp water as well)
- 1/4 tsp. liquid stevia
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. arrowroot starch (/flour, can sub cornstarch)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (please use organic only- -I grate mine with my super microplane grater)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (I use organic and recommend Dream Foods International.****)
- 1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free substitute, I used my homemade coconut milk)
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut (or more, optional. You could also just dust the top with some powdered sweetener. Read here how to Make Your Own Powdered Sweeter / Sugar Substitute!)
