It was so thick. I should have read previous reviews. Perhaps the amount of rice noodles are off? It was smelling and looking great until the noodles. Also, large chunk of ginger and lemon grass are now hidden in the mush.
I haven’t given up, gonna try again with less noodles. Or if someone figured it out?
