- 12 oz. cottage cheese (drained)
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup cherries (Maracchino, halved)
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes (halved)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. ginger root (finely grated)
- 1 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. cardamon
