- 1/2 cup green beans (sliced)
- 1/2 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. diced onions
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed and finely diced, or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (+ pinch for seasoning)
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/8 cup broth (vegetarian, can be substituted with chicken broth, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. stir fry sauce (vegetarian, optional)
- spring roll wrappers (as many as you want to make!)
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 4 tsp. water
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. white vinegar
