These are terrific! I made these for a friend on a low-salt diet, so used the following ingredients: unsalted butter, Hain Featherweight Baking Powder, and Ener Baking Soda Substitute. Also I figured out that 1-1/2 cups peach pulp is just about right. I had to try them (2 actually) before giving them away and now I will make a second batch for myself!
