- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 lb. ground meat (almost 200-250gr)
- 8 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 can tomato sauce (if you have tomato paste that works too, just mix it with some hot water)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (No-fat, or soft white cheese)
- 1/3 cup low fat Parmesan
- 1/2 cup fat free mozzarella
