    So this recipe sounds like a tasty low carb idea, because I love pizza toppings and I love cauliflower, in reality it doesn’t work like that, you’re going to need two heads of cauliflower to get strong enough pieces that have enough stem so they won’t fall part and are thick enough so they’re less porous so the cheese doesn’t melt through and burn on the pan. The toppings are a little too simplistic for it to really taste like a pizza and for all the trouble it’s worth you might as well chop the cauliflower into florets, cut up the tomatoes and add extra basil and turn it into a cheese bake. But, the flavour isn’t bad it’s just a lot of work for little reward.
