- 1 can pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (or use other nuts of your choice, or even frosting if you prefer)
