- 1 medium onion (chopped)

- 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 tsp. herb (Ox beef bouillon no sodium granules)
- 2 Tbsp. low sodium worcestershire sauce (Lea and Perrins)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. browning (Kitchen Bouquet, and Seasoning Sauce)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup wondra (or flour as required)
- 2 lb. russet potatoes (cut into cubes, Red potatoes cut in half or Yukon gold small potatoes.)
