- 1 can low-fat cream of chicken soup (condensed, can of water needed as well)
- 1 lb. chicken (diced raw)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can peas
- 1/2 low fat cheese (choice)
- 1 cup biscuit mix (choice, marie callendar's cheese bicuits are awesome)
- milk
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions
- in a medium casserole dish, prepare soup as directed (1 can of soup with 1 can of water) and mix.
- add in chicken, onion, corn and peas, salt pepper, and garlic powder, mix well
- put in oven at 375 for 1 hr
