- rice milk (1 cup)
- almond milk (1 cup)
- macadamia milk (1 cup)
- 1/2 papaya (medium, seeded and flesh scooped out, about 1 cup flesh)
- 1 cup macadamia milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup ice
- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1-2 limes)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 inch fresh ginger (piece, peeled and sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. hemp hearts
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup (if papaya is extra sweet, you may not need it)
- 1 tsp. psyllium husk (up to 1 tablespoon if you're accustomed to it)
- 1 scoop vanilla (your favourite, low FODMAP protein powder optional)
